Does RiDaju work without an internet connection?+
Yes. Core field recording is offline first. RiDaju keeps the local state visible, queues work safely and confirms sync only after the server acknowledges it.
How does RiDaju keep Layer and Broiler records separate?+
Each production programme has its own workflow, metrics, Pens and Flocks. A Hybrid farm sees separate biological performance, while shared feed, money and attention remain visible at Farm level.
Who gets an app account?+
Owners and Managers. Attendants, cashiers and other helpers remain named staff records without logins; the audit trail preserves who performed, entered, verified and approved the work.
How does the AI help with possible disease?+
Paid AI reviews recorded signs, production changes, recent patterns and photos supplied by the user. It highlights possible disease patterns, explains urgency and prepares a case summary for a veterinarian. It does not present a possible pattern as a confirmed diagnosis or prescribe treatment.
Are sensors and additional farm hardware available?+
Yes. RiDaju works without required hardware, but optional sensors and farm equipment can be supplied according to your operation’s needs. Use the contact form or email support@flockwyze.com to discuss the right setup.
How does weather and seasonal guidance work?+
When the Owner supplies or permits the Farm location, paid intelligence can use current conditions, forecast and season alongside the Farm’s recent records. RiDaju explains the basis for each suggestion, identifies uncertainty and lets the Owner update or remove the location.
Is AI available on the Free plan or free trial?+
No. Free and trial users can read a static explanation, but they cannot start an AI request or send farm records, prompts or media to an AI provider.
