RiDaju helps farm owners and managers keep operational records for poultry farms. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect account details, farm and pen configuration, operational records you enter, and subscription or purchase information needed to provide the service. If you enable weather features, we use the farm location you provide to retrieve weather information. We do not collect precise device location in the background.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, keep farm records consistent across your devices, provide requested forecasts and operational insights, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, and support the service. AI-assisted features are processed on our backend only when your plan includes them and you request them.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers for hosting, storage, payments, weather data, and authentication. We do not sell farm records. Account and personal data are removed or de-identified when an authenticated deletion request is confirmed. De-identified farm, audit, financial, and transaction records may be retained where needed for record integrity, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.

We use access controls and encrypted transport designed to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
