Delete your RiDaju account

You can request deletion directly in the RiDaju mobile app: open More → Account and deletion, review the request, and confirm with your password.

If you cannot access the app, email support@flockwyze.com from the account email address. We may ask for reasonable proof of account ownership before acting.

What happens

After confirmation, access and personal profile data are removed. Farm, audit, financial, and transaction records may be retained in de-identified form where required for record integrity, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. Active subscriptions must be cancelled through the store where they were purchased.
